BETHESDA, MD (February 8, 2010) – On February 23, 400 high-level association executives will attend the Salute to Association Excellence to honor their peers, discuss the year past, and look forward to the year ahead. The event will provide those present with great opportunities to network, and will honor Military Officers Association of America President VADM Norbert R. Ryan, Jr., US Navy-Ret. as Association Executive of the Year.

Ryan is the 32nd association chief staff executive to be honored. Also to be recognized at the Salute are P. Allen Haney, the Association Vendor of the Year; the winners of the All-Media Contest; the Young & Aspiring Association Professionals; TRENDS Founders Award winner August H. “Gus” Duda; and the Angerosa Award Winners.

This year, the Salute provides an opportunity to fete the honorees, visit the All-Media Contest Winners Gallery, and network with leaders in the association community.
