The survey, previously of Cordom Associates, has been published continuously since 1979. In 2009 the survey was redesigned and now contains an all-new glossary of terms and 10 pages of all new compensation analysis.
Over the years the survey helped numerous associations and nonprofits determine the salaries of their executive and administrative staff, especially important in Washington’s competitive job market.
The report includes the average salary and salary range for each position at each organization. The results also include the percentage change in salary for each position from the previous year. Average salaries are broken down by organization budget, number of staff, business location and organization category.
A survey participant can easily pinpoint where its salaries rank with a personal identification code used in detailed tables and charts throughout the report. Participants also will have the option to complete the survey online for the first time this year.
